Coffee Shop & Campus Operations

Noelle and Gabe help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at The Source. They manage the Source Coffee Shop, oversee groundskeeping, and handle our website and marketing—and they do it all with creativity, care, and great teamwork. Noelle has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling. In addition to her work at The Source, she serves as a clinician at Breakthrough Family Counseling, the counseling ministry and private practice located next door to the church. Gabe holds a bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology from Oregon Institute of Technology and works as an X-ray and licensed CT tech. Originally from Klamath Falls, Gabe brings practical skills and a steady presence to all he does.
