Taylor & Caeleigh
Taylor and Caeleigh are key members of our Leadership Team at The Source. Married for 8 years, they’re a dynamic duo with deep roots in both ministry and counseling—and they’re passionate about helping others grow in faith and emotional health. Together, they’ve served in a variety of ministry roles, including youth, young adults, discipleship, teaching, and speaking. They are both part of the preaching team here at The Source, where they regularly bring thoughtful, engaging messages. Their ability to teach with clarity, depth, and compassion is a true gift to our church.Both Taylor and Caeleigh hold master’s degrees in counseling and have worked with Multnomah University’s Master of Counseling program. Currently, they serve as clinicians at Breakthrough Family Counseling, the counseling ministry connected to The Source.They have one son and a beloved dog named Nala. When they’re not working, you’ll find them geeking out over all things sci-fi, diving deep into books and art by their favorite authors and creators, or simply enjoying time together. Their heart for people, love for Scripture, and commitment to the church make them an invaluable part of our leadership team.
